1. Kindergarten Teacher at CHIP, Mumbai:

Responsibilities:

o Managing a class of 30 kindergarten students
o Teaching CHIP- BMC curriculum according to the level of the class
o Ensuring that the curriculum objectives are completed in time for the assessments
o Visiting the communities which the students come from
o Attending all trainings and meetings as required
o Ensuring effective learning is taking place in the classroom at all times
o Assuming total responsibility of the class and ensuring the class plans are in place
o Conducting and documenting evaluations of the students

Qualifications required:

o D.ed / Montessori trained
o Fluent in English
o Strong communication skills
o Commitment to the cause
o Good planning and organizing skills
o Prior teaching experience/qualifications preferred but not necessary
